-Please contact Actually Archer at contact@actuallyarcher for a Return/Exchange Form. This form will need to be filled out, printed and included with your return/exchange.

-Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and all tags (if applicable) must still be attached. Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. Please place the shoe box inside a polymailer.

-Items NOT eligible for store credit: Undergarments, clearance items, hats, beanies, and jewelry. 

-Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturer defect, or an item was shipped in error.

-Items must be mailed back within 7 days of USPS delivery date. Any items postmarked after the 7 days will be ineligible for a store credit.  

-We have the right to refuse a return or exchange or apply a 25% restocking fee if deemed necessary.

-If you are requesting an Exchange, please email contact@actuallyarcher.com to let us know first so we can hold the item you are exchanging.  Once we receive your original item back we will ship the exchange item.
